I did a one way rental and dropped off the rental car at this location. The location is small and only staffed by one person but the staff was fast, polite, and helpful with my questions.

I only regret that I can't leave zero stars. Booked a reservation for 2 weeks in advance and the dates were wrong. Tried to cancel the reservation and Hertz charged me a $50 cancel fee. In 30 years of renting cars, I have never once had a cancel fee charged. Local office and 800# were a time suck and useless. Never again

They've lost their way. No longer a premium brand. Cars are fine but more expensive than ever before, less clean than before and service has dropped off a cliff. Ok folks, they just don't understand service or how to say "yes." Even to their President Circle customers. Makes no difference.

I was anxious going into this rental because of the reviews and I had no say because my company was handling everything. I must say I had the opposite experience of everyone else that’s reviewed this location. The car was a 2025 and exceptionally clean on the inside. The outside hadn’t been washed but it was snowing so I didn’t care. I couldn’t be more grateful for the guy running the desk because he upgraded me for free and having to drive around Cleveland for 2 weeks in the winter, I absolutely needed the AWD Rogue instead... read more
