We hadn’t planned to rent a car but saw the kiosk and decided on the spot to ask. Emma had us in her only available car and driving off within 10 mins. Great service and made our day trip so easy. It’s lovely to experience amazing friendly service. 6 stars for Emma.

We were helped by Ron, who was the most accomodating and helpful when it came to our rental! Great Hertz location.
What a fantastic experience! We were able to catch an earlier ferry than we anticipated so we arrived at VH at 8am. Rental was booked for 9am, we were allowed to pick up the car right at 8am which was so nice! We also got upgraded to a 2024 Ford Mustang for free! This was our first trip to MV and driving a sport car convertible made our trip memorable forever, we couldn't have been happier with this nice accommodation from Hertz. Great service, able to drop off after hours for no additional charge. Definitely rent from here ... read more
