The rental process itself was very easy and efficient. It is just a small kiosk, and the whole process took about 10 minutes: you pay, sign the paperwork, and you are on your way. The price was around $200 for a Bronco, which was steep but reasonable considering the location. The main issue was the staff member working there, who unfortunately seemed very inexperienced and not particularly helpful. Highly unprofessional!! I made an online reservation to pick the car at their Vinyard Haven spot at 5 pm. I was standing outside their office from 4:35 pm onwards, but the office was locked and no one came. There was a number mentioned in the door which I called twice. Went to voicemail where I left messages; but no one came till 5 pm. Had to run around and take car from another place at a higher price. Worst car rental experience ever!!

We hadn’t planned to rent a car but saw the kiosk and decided on the spot to ask. Emma had us in her only available car and driving off within 10 mins. Great service and made our day trip so easy. It’s lovely to experience amazing friendly service. 6 stars for Emma.
