I am a travel agent. I booked a rental car for my client through Hertz. While in Orlando, FL, my client noticed the check engine & brake lights appearing. Afterwards, a message popped up saying the car will shut off in 1 hour. I tried calling Hertz for a solution & no one was able to resolve the issue. We asked if she could go to Hertz in Orlando and get a replacement vehicle. We were unable to do so. I would not recommend booking with them.
