Don’t use them. The return location been chosen not exist and I have to take this car back to origin place I renter car from. You can’t get live person to answer any questions on the phone. Ai taking to you only. And I spent extra 2hrs of my time and money to complete my car return.
This location is not even open to return rentals. Hertz needs to update their website locations, as well as Google.
Never rent from hertz
If I could give less stars I would. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM if you own a pet and could possibly have hair on your clothing. They will say there was essesive pet hair in the vehicle. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY!! They charged me $250 to clean a clean car. On the bill it said outside washing fee. They said that is a general fee. And the reason was pet hair. I had no pet inside the car.
