This office is incredibly well run, achieving the "very high" marketing standards set on advertisements. It is quick in and out, with cars ready, and all the preloaded client info used, so you don't have to waste time repeating info at the desk that you loaded into the online reservation. And the staff is professional. They treat you like a valued customer, and are concerned that you have a good rental experience.
I didn't love the car but that is Chevy 's fault. Otherwise the man i dealt with was awesome. Forward,honest,reasonable, I'm not special i just want fair. That's what I got. Thank you.

Woman at the Plymouth location front desk was fantastic, she was professional, welcoming, and extremely helpful! Highly recommend renting from here, vehicle was fabulous and clean!
