Super convenient.
For our first rental experience in New York, everything went very smoothly — from the agency’s welcome to the return of the car. Steve, who is in charge of the EV fleet, was extremely pleasant and helpful, and did everything he could to ensure our experience was as enjoyable as possible. We will definitely come back for our future rentals
I returned a one way rental here, both the garage attendant and the desk agent were very helpful and pleasant. It is a very challenging garage to enter ( and i initially eneterd the wrong garage and was only saved by ? A good samaritan ( who i mistook for a Hertz emplyee) who helped me backout— be warned!!and absolutely sure you are entering the correct Hertz garage) Also note that there was a long line of renters waiting for their cars as those were being returned— so i cant speak to picking up from there— but the desk agen... read more
