Our car was targeted by local parking authorities. Every time we parked anywhere on island an officer would chalk mark our tires. They would by pass other vehicles on same road or same lot and just mark ours. At the end of the day we would have 3-5 chalk marks on the drivers front tire. I understand 30min and 2 hour parking but our vehicle was specifically picked out. After I returned the car and went to the Hertz counter I received a Receipt that added $53.27 to my bill for "Fuel & Service" EVEN THOUGH I RETURNED THE CAR FULL OF GAS AND EVEN AFTER I OFFERED TO SHOW THE ATTENDANT THE GAS STATION RECEIPT.
