Absolutely horrible experience. First they gave us the wrong vehicle, then the did not explain anything and charged me a ridiculous amount that was never spoken about and still never received the rental. No one knows how to communicate or do their job. We booked through Expedia and the price they tell you is not even close to accurate. Then they give you a number to a robot and you can't get anywhere to fix the problem. Worst experience ever will never use Hertz or Expedia again!

Will quote you one price than charge you much more. Impossible to reach customer service or billing. Hours on the phone with no resolution

The front desk gentleman John, was absolutely the best guy for the job ! He went above and beyond not only helping us in every possible way , he was teaching the 2 younger guys how to be the best ! EXCELLENT ! He was also very educated and passionate about his job !!
