Want to shout out Mary Ann! It was my First time renting a car and she put up with all my stupid questions while maintaining a great attitude throughout the entire process. Highly recommend giving them a shot if you're needing a rental vehicle!

I am only giving one star because I can't leave less. Don't use Hertz. I refueled the car outside the airport and was still charged for refueling. This is theft. The car was lousy, as well. The counter personnel were clueless.

Very convenient place to pick up the vehicle. The front desk was pretty professional and friendly. The condition of the vehicle is also good.

Lax Hertz is terrible. I booked a car online to be picked up. There is no such thing so do not waste your time. The lady assigned a car to me after 30 minutes I went outside,the car was gone. The people outside said take this one so i went to front gate waited there for 15 minutes and I was sent back in the office. They assigned me yet another car and 2 hours later I left hertz. Do yourself a favor ans stay away from them.

We flew into Denver having ordered an SUV 4 months in advance. We waited as they upgraded us to a large SUV a half hour later as a smaller SUV was not available. It turns out that the large SUV didn’t fit in the garage of our rented Condo at Vail. And there is no overnight parking on the streets. Sonce Denver had no smaller SUVs, we called the Eagle Hertz location as it is near to Vail and connected with the Hertz employee, Maryanne. She was a superstar!
