I rented a car after an accident. I had to purchase a new car and was told that I could return my car to the dealership and the Cornelia office would pick it up. I called them when I was at the dealership and they said they would close the contest and pick the car up on the following Monday. On Monday I began to get messages that my rental was overdue. I had screw in my front tires requested exchange they apparently didn’t have one send to get ahold of Airport in NC I couldn’t get ahold of anyone drove the car to my destination with a plug in I put in tire.
The vehicle that I requested was not available, so they put me in a minivan. Customer service seriously lacking!!!
