So incredibly frustrated with this location. Typically, the crew that works the front desk is very pleasant, and that is the only benefit. I’ve rented 3 cars recently. The cars were not cleaned between users. I brought it to their attention with the 2nd car, they “cleaned it again” and the inside still came back just as dirty, so not sure what they “cleaned.” This 3rd one had visible dirt everywhere, change in the cup holder, someone’s garage door opener, someone’s car charging cord in the center console, and paw prints all ... read more

I was already having a bad day due to an accident I was in. I setup for a Hertz rental through my insurance. The Hertz rep on the phone advised me to bring a DL and credit/debit card with me for a deposit. I arrive at Hertz to pickup the vehicle and they asked me for the credit/debit card to charge the deposit on. I gave them my chase card and they told me they can't take Chase cards because their card readers only allow cards to be swiped. I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Hertz rental car location on Golf Road. After several long-term rentals with Hertz, I expected a certain level of service, but the staff at this location made my family feel that our business isn’t appreciated. The customer service was extremely poor, and the staff members were not polite or welcoming. Make sure to take photos of your rental. They rented us a clapped out Tesla. Interior, Exterior, and mechanical. We discussed the damage at pick up with the rep. He said they was aware of it. After returning the car they tried to charge thousands for repairs without any details. Thankfully we took alot of photos. Worst experience with any car rental company!
