One of the worst rental experiences I've ever had! And I've been renting cars almost weekly for over 30 years. The rental process took almost an hour. The one man working that day provided no explanation or apology for the long wait. I had to wait for him to personally wash the car. When he delivered the car to me he just got out and walked away without a word. Do not go here. Vehicles not safe or checked. They gave a a vehicle with a tracking d3vice that showed someone else connecting to our phones and able to see where we were and it was not hertz vehicle tracker and they havnt done anything to address this. They also gave us a vehicle with a chip in the window and tried to first give us one with the windshield cracked. They were not interested in customer satisfaction so go elsewhere. The staff was nice but ... as soon as I walked in they told me they were low on cars and I would have to upgrade I said that shouldn't be my problem ,but they insisted said if not II would have to cancel, I had no choice but to pay for the upgrade. then they brought me the vehicle didnt walk around i saw some damage they said it was documented . When I returned the vehicle same thing no walk around just leave it there ... I just hope they dont try to bill me for anything extra charges.
