Happy to give 5 stars to this Hertz Car Rental, Meena (the manager) from the store is really good, she takes care of customers very well, she choses the vehicle beforehand for the customers, and vehicles are also well maintained , mostly 2026 models. I have used the car rentals from this store twice in last two months for 2000+ miles of round trip, and am very much satisfied by the service given by Meena to me for the rentals pickup and drop off. Meena and Greg were great people! They helped us out so much during our time there! They were very kind and patient people helping us out to rent our car. Very helpful when things were getting stressful, they knew how to handle it with care before we had to leave.
Went in on Thursday. Tariq was good. First they gave me Kia Carnival which had bench seats and i have aged parents who cant easily maneuver to the back. So i asked for captain seats car and they gave me Chrysler pacifica. Took some time since had to change the car but even the change was fast. Drop off was easy too.
Honestly, the review should be around a three-star for all the trouble and redoing the reservation I had to do through a combination of AAA and the app. However, when I called in to the location the store associate Greg was super friendly. Super helpful and super knowledgeable and then when I made it in to get my reservation he was there and was 10 out of 10. Awesome! He helped me get in and out quickly. Super nice, respectful and knowledgeable Greg's positive attitude bumped this review to five stars
Completely satisfied on 7/31/26 . Lady at the desk was pretty friendly and fast enough to complete my rental . We got pretty good Jeep 2025 year model , clean inside and out .
