Close the rental why you open if you confirm reservation online to the customer and then no cars available , that's too bad and weird 😕 😡
Horrible experience. Reserved a small car purposely to save on gas for my trip; it took over an hour just waiting for 1 person handling the whole shop with 5 people in line to be told they only had large SUV's. A customer came in and was turning in a small vehicle, but the agent couldn't figure out how to release it for me. Then they proceeded to try and have me pay for the upgrade to the larger vehicle. I couldn't return the car any faster. I called corporate to complain and they also didn't have a clue and was of no help. ... read more
They are THIEVES. Upon return had almost a full gas tank I thought I’d get charged maybe $10 for the fuel charge as the car I drove cost $35 to fill up. CHARGED MY CARD $100 for fuel. Never returned my $50 deposit. Went thru 3 tolls and they charge me $60 today AGAIN. DO NOT RENT HERE ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR CAR THEY WILL KEEP CHARGING IT.
