Absolutely no communication from them at all
Very disappointing experience with Hertz. I attempted to contact them multiple times over the past week and could not get through to anyone. The lack of communication is unacceptable, especially when dealing with important rental arrangements. The service, deals, and vehicle quality did not meet expectations. I would strongly recommend considering other providers who value customer service and reliability.
