Absolutely disgusted with their customer service. Rude and disrespectful as soon as arrived. Convenience of picking up rental was lacking, directions to walk from airport to office, then again to where car was located was horrid. No regard for people travelling with any luggage or young children. Stole money weeks after the rental was finalised, with no prior communication citing "administration fees". We hired a car from Hertz at Perth Airport 2 weeks ago. We were impressed with the prompt service and the way our rental was managed. Tempa and Tyler were courteous and patient in answering some matters that we were unsure about. The return of the car was also handled promptly and efficiently. Thank you guys.
Good discounts
The guys at Perth airport on 6 July were amazing. Faseeh in particular made our pickup experience a breeze. Amazingly clean and new vehicle that served us well over two weeks and 4000km of driving. Contributed significantly to a great WA holiday. Highly recommended, thanks again Faseeh and Hertz!
Do not use these guys. Completely dishonest and overcharge. When booking, do not tell you that you need a bond and insurance therefor, goes from $300 cost to $700 cost. Really dishonest and disorganised with collection, paperwork and details. Not an easy or reasonably priced process. Would avoid completely.
