I was disappointed by the lack of transparency and customer service during my recent rental with Hertz. When I made my reservation in March, there was no clear indication that overhead damage was excluded from the coverage, even when purchasing the highest level of Damage Waiver protection. very disappointed in Hertz. Staff gave false information and I dont think customer service care
Queue outside the rental car pick up at Hertz today was an absolute joke. We have never had to wait so long for service, even though we had done the pre-arrival check in. Absolutely revolting experience.
