very disappointed in Hertz. Staff gave false information and I dont think customer service care
Queue outside the rental car pick up at Hertz today was an absolute joke. We have never had to wait so long for service, even though we had done the pre-arrival check in. Absolutely revolting experience.
My car should have been ready to pick up and hour ago. After a flight from Brisbane wasting time on a Hertz forecourt is not where I want to be. Apparently it’s traffic. Perhaps they should have factored it in or my 30 minute drive might take 4 hours of this is anything to go by.
