POOR service. We got extra charged. One day charge= $352.. Please be careful of their charges. Also the customer service rep was very rude
They are also fast and professional. They also take time to assure your needs are met. I like being an Express Rewards member because the process at the counter goes much faster.
For years I have had consistently GREAT service at Hertz CRW, usually requiring a one-way rental to or from Huntington. It's a disappointment now to learn that the ONE evening United flight from Chicago is scheduled to arrive 9 (nine!) minutes after Hertz counter closes. This forces me (and others) to rent elsewhere.
Ars were nice.very clean. Good prices. Friendly service.
