The staff was extremely friendly during both the pick-up and return of my rental. They conducted a thorough inspection of the vehicle, taking pictures of its condition, and asked if I noticed anything that needed to be documented. I would definitely choose their services again.

I rented a car this week for a short trip. When I arrived, the staff was very helpful. Although I had to wait, as one employee was patiently assisting an older gentleman who was unfamiliar with technology, I appreciated the care and concern she showed while guiding him through the process. Once it was my turn, she extended the same attentiveness during my transaction. The facility maintained a limit of two customers at a time and adhered to all social distancing and safety protocols.
