Wow, where do I begin? I'm a Hertz Gold Member. (1)When I booked my rental, the pick-up address was WALTHAM EMBASSY SUITES however, you had several people "call in" so I was redirected to another hotel in NEWTON to do the pick-up instead. While this was out of my way, I didn't mind. This is where things really get bad...(2)You only had one person working that night at this alternate pick-up location and I had to wait over 30 minutes!
