The people at the Collins St location in Arlington, TX. are the best. Friendly, helpful, and seem generally happy with their job. I was impressed when I picked up my rental, and just as impressed when I returned it. I can honestly say I have never had such great service, and I have rented a lot of cars, from various rentals, over the years. This was my favorite!
The worst service ever I booked online and the pick up was at 5pm I get to the place 445pm just in case it was a line and it was CLOSED WHY would yall make an appointment for pickup after business hours. Completely wasted my time. Had to Uber back home
