DO NOT USE!!!!!!!- THEY RENT A CAR THAT BROKE DOWN AND THEY CHARGED A WHOLE TANK OF GAS AT THEIR FEE WHEN I WASNT SUPPOSED TO RETURN YET, CHARGED FOR DAYS I DIDNT HAVE SINCE IT BROKE DOWN, AND THEY TOWED IT YET CHARGED ME FOR RETURN TO ANITHER LOCATION. This whole hertz company was the last straw. I'm enrolling in therapy.
This place is horrible. Went in this morning to pick up our Tahoe/yukon that we had reserved since the 20th. We were not acknowledged until after a previous customer had rented a Tesla only to be told it had some damage to it and that literally while he was checking out the card in machine the guy says oh I’m sorry it’s been rented. I was like wow! Then after the manager are whoever he was finished with that guy he answers a call on his cell like we was not sitting here patiently waiting.
