This is worse location, they upcharge you if they don’t have available cars and very bad customer service. If you don’t pickup in 1hour of reserved time they just don’t give car you booked. Horrible experience.

Larry and the team at this location do a great job in serving their customers professionally! It is a smaller tight location but they still have a heart to serve with excellence!

Had a reservation that I prepaid on the hertz app, a few hours before the time to pick up, I get a call from the local hertz saying they had no cars available for me so I couldn’t pick up a car. I confirmed that the rental would get cancelled and my card would be refunded, the employee said “yes we will cancel it on our end”. Except they didn’t cancel my rental or refund me. Harry was such an incredible employee, he took the time to get us discounts, make the entire process very quick and effective while ensuring the least amount of effort on our part and also making sure that we were getting reward points from Hertz and AAA. He answered all of our questions and made it as easy for us as possible. He should definitely be promoted and paid more because that’s the best customer service I have seen in years.
