Apparently this location closed permanently as of 12/20/2024. I had a rental booked for the holidays and nobody from Hertz had thought to let customers know they were closing? Luckily I caught it the day before my rental pickup while trying to modify the reservation and was able to switch to another location. I had received a reminder email and everything, as if they were still operating, so not sure what’s going on there but Hertz should update the location.

Let me tell you something, after seeing the reviews I was very hesitant and went with the expectation that I probably wouldn't get a vehicle or I would show up and no one would be there... BUT BUT BUT!!!! I Had a great experience. I waited for around 15 to 20 mins max and then I got processed quickly and was on my way. DAVID & JORDAN were very pleasant and easy to deal with. Permanently closed, although they haven't updated their Google maps listing or their website; so you can pay to rent a car on the website, and then when you try to check in you find out that neither the location nor the car exists, and then customer service will do nothing to help you about it. Could be good if you're looking for that kind of experience; otherwise, I do not recommend it.

They failed to process my reservation so I was left without a car, after making me wait 20 minutes in line *and* being rude to me when I got up to the counter.
