Expect hidden fees and charges. This should be shared with customers upon booking. Not after! I was fine but $750 additional holds on credit card upon pick up that was not communicated to guest upon booking.
Good selection of the cars and very helpful attendants
charged me $200 for full tank of gas when i actually returned it full. it was after hours so i dropped the keys off in the box when returning the car. got a shock on the e-bill later
No winter tires on vehicle which made this car undrivable. Could not exchange without completing a new reservation. Ended up borrowing my sisters car. Not very happy with this rental!
Never again, awful customer service by the lady in the counter desk, I got my reservation with my cards working and struggle about an hour to complete the reservation and fail, the lady keep telling me 7 cards of my whole family had no funds 😵💫 at the end i canceled my rservation and rented in budget in 5 minutes
