I always rent from this location, the lady who works here is amazing, always super quick and personable. With that being said, I rented a jeep about two weeks ago, I was in a rush, when I jumped in, the car was GROSS. Snotty tissue, dusty, trash just everywhere. Again, I was in a rush so I just left, however, when I got home & went to put a car seat in, there was an open condom wrapper. This location is closed on the weekend so there was no way to return it. This location is super convenient and the prices are very reasonable. The staff are amazing, and a huge plus is having a parking lot where you can leave your own car. Highly recommend!
Come for visiting and book a reservation day ago , come to the location and then they say we don’t have any cars we sorry try somewhere else .
Booked a rental here only to find they didn't have the car when I arrived. I was forced to pay double my reserved rate to get a car. The car was not cleaned an had less than a quarter of a tank of gas. When I complained the desk agent litteraly just shrugged and said "Hertz".
