Almost entire credit of this five star rating goes to Hertz team member Sam, SHe was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience really smooth. I would say the biggest highlight of this location is the team member Sam, which makes your experience enhanced by her outstanding service Keep up the good work Sam

My boyfriend and I had an extremely disappointing experience with Hertz due to the unprofessional behavior of the location’s manager and very poor communication. We rented a vehicle that we only needed through Sunday, but were told the only option for return was to use their Sunday lockbox, since the location was closed. Absolutely the worst…I showed up to pick up my rental and the place is closed. I would have rather them cancel my reservation and say they were closed than have me pay money to come to the location and it’s closed. The online customer service was even worse. Never again!!
