My boyfriend and I had an extremely disappointing experience with Hertz due to the unprofessional behavior of the location’s manager and very poor communication. We rented a vehicle that we only needed through Sunday, but were told the only option for return was to use their Sunday lockbox, since the location was closed. Absolutely the worst…I showed up to pick up my rental and the place is closed. I would have rather them cancel my reservation and say they were closed than have me pay money to come to the location and it’s closed. The online customer service was even worse. Never again!!

This branch never open on time. They’re supposed to be open at 8, nobody shows up until 8:30/9, absolutely ridiculous

Hertz, Woodbridge was a great overall experience. Good customer service, a clean, nice-sized SUV with plenty of cargo space for a long trip, and ease of extending the trip via the portal, plus an easy return experience.
