Don't choose hertz. They don't do extensions. They call it an extension but in reality they recharge whatever the daily rate is. I rented a car for 4 days @ 45/day. I called to extend another 4 days, they tried to charge me 100/day. After talking to multiple people they brought it down to 80/day. Almost twice the original booking price. It's a scam. Go to enterprise, they take care of their customers.
This Location is Awesome!!! The reps there are Amazing! The service is always nice. The cars are clean in great condition. If ever there's a issue with a vehicle they take care of it asap! I 100% recommend this hertz location!
Despite not using ez pass tool been charged much more than it was told at rental. At rental rate was 10$/day plus tools. I was charged over 25$/day. Moreover I haven’t activated the system and paid appropriately on gates card/cash. Unfortunately there are some places you have no choice and there is only automatic gate. Basing on that they charged me double for whole rental period (for what I already paid) and for automatic gates still much more than it was said at rental. Not ok. Location management(Abid) and employee (Sam) purposely charged extra fees and lied about removing ldw coverage. When I inquired about charges Sam became very rude and said “ people personal info get exposed everyday “ when asked if that was pertaining to me was told have a nice day rudely ! Called in to request help was told location manager will reach out , never received any call/email . Spoke with Abid who told me he can’t do anything being I checked ldw box at time of rent .
