I can say the service rep is always very friendly, however I have never been able to use them as they do not have an after hours drop box. If your travel ends on a Sunday and you need to return a car that day (or any other timeframe outside the 4-hour window they are open between Friday evening and Monday morning) you need to go elsewhere.
One of the best customers service I have seen in awhile. My situation wasn't easy to deal with, but Veronica made sure that I was taken cared of.
Anybody whoever has had an issue with this Hertz location and their service must have went there on a personal bad day because I’ve rented a car about 5 times there within the last two months and Ms Veronica Giron has done nothing but help me out every single time to drive home and to San Diego and see my family. Nothing but the absolute best service every single time
Veronica was very helpful she went above and beyond to help me out in such short notice. She will go out of her way to please the customer and place them on the right track in not only rental vehicals but also purchasing vehicals as well thanks to her I am now waiving my options on purchasing a vehicle here in the near future because of the great advice she provided me with. She has AMAZING people skills and understands her customers she is an amazing person with a GREAT attitude
