Horrible company. Went to drop my rental off, no one at the desk, waited more than 5 minutes. Turned the car in, was told everything was good. 3 hours later, they call to tell me they are charging me 100 dollars cause they had to sweep the car, this was after I already wiped it all down and windexed all the windows. I mean really? Don't you already have to detail the car in between rentals??? Avoid at all costs!!
The best experience!!!! Kind, helpful staff! Great customer service! I would come back! If you are looking to rent a car I would recommend this hertz !
