This is no longer a hertz building. Lafontaine owns it. Just trying to give a heads up to people. Hertz, stil two plus years later, is sending people to this 3500 jackson rd location, as a drop-off. It is not a drop-off point for hertz/owned by hertz anymore.
Was promised a pick-up at 9 AM sharp at my local collision shop this morning. I'm currently still waiting for them to get their driver over to me. The excuse is that they need you to call prior to needing a ride. Why would I call when you promised me a 9 AM pick up???
