Useless customer support
Hertz left me stranded and out of pocket after refusing to provide the car I booked. They then rebooked it to someone else and didn’t refund me. Sixt provided a better car at a fraction of the price. Never book with Hertz.
Terrible service, outdated booking system still requires a physical credit card which they don’t make clear on booking instructions. Won’t accept payment via an iPhone or smart watch - crazy. Hertz left my family and I stranded I would never use them again. Sixt was so much better to deal with and rebooked a car for half the price. Still fighting Hertz for a refund.
Quite possibly the rudest and most offensive staff we’ve ever had to deal with. Avoid at all costs.
