I booked a van 2 weeks in advance as I was moving flat. The booking was made for 3pm and I was stood outside the van, in the pouring rain to receive the code to unlock it. At 3:04pm I received a text message telling me that my booking had been cancelled. Tried phoning customer service and they were absolutely useless.
