I had a great experience recently provided by Sammy who was so wonderful and courteous when I hired a car after mine was stolen and when I returned the hire car Courtney with personality plus was super efficient and professional to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone in need of great hire car service
I had to hire a car on the 23rd July and this review is for Courtney who was just so wonderful. She was so polite from the time I walked in. She knew her job so well, she was very efficient and helpful. She explained each bit of the process really well, cost involved with a beautiful mannerism and was so nice to deal with. Well done Hertz for hiring such great staff as it surely made my day to deal with her. All the best Courtney. You will do so well.
After a minor accident in my Lexus, APIA arranged for a hire car from Hertz at Mitcham. Enrik? attended to my needs and provided me with a Hyundai Sonic, which is significantly smaller than my Lexus but fortunately can just accommodate my golf set and buggy, with a rear seat closed.
