Hands down, the worst rental company you will find on the market. This specific branch has a manager and employee that are working together to commit fraud. They tried to steal $250 from me and when I confronted the company about it woth evidence proving otherwise I got my money back and am now seeking legal action. They have tried to change their story three times to cover for this employee. Avoid this company at all costs as they are LITERALLY commiting fraud.

These guys work hard to satisfy their customers . Under stress these guys were awesome and helped us when we weren’t quite sure of the first vehicle that we got however , The manager and Michael who helped us are stand up guys . I highly recommend this location for anyone who wants an easy going experience , thanks to all of you for the service you provided today .

I had no idea this Hertz office existed. It was conveniently located and the pick up process was very easy. The staff was very friendly. We initially found a small issue with the first car they gave us but they immediately offered to change vehicles without any problem. Very knowledgeable staff and in our case they were also training a new employee. I will definitely rent from here again when I need a rental vehicle.
