Went in to rent a car for Uber. Had a reservation for 1pm, and 2 hours had gone by so I went up to the counter to ask how many people were left in front of me. It was busy so when I asked I made sure to be as polite as possible, as I have been in customer service before and hate when someone starts yelling/gets an attitude. When I returned the car, they tried to scam me by telling me that it had damage that wasn't there before. Luckily, I took pictures beforehand 😎
This place should be investigated! they add coverages they dont even mention! and lie about coverages to add more money into your reservation! i did a uber rental and on the app it said there was an optional $50 a week extra coverage and when i get there they claim that coverage showing does not cover anything!! instead they add a $3 a day premium charge for roadside and a $13 a day insurance without even ask you if you want it. i assume they want to hit company goals by sneaking in charges but this is illegal to not even me... read more
This location is so unprofessional. It is first come first serve so I waited an hour after my appointment started to be seen. I was told that the payments automatically come out of my account and I would have the rental up to 180 days. It’s week 3, they never took the money out of my account. And came and got my rental with no phone calls or any attempts to my bank. Not to mention, the phone number provided for this location does not work, and Pep boys gave me a phone number that no one answers. It’s been a very inconvenienc... read more
