Extremely Disappointed – Extra Charges After Return! I had a very bad experience with Hertz. I returned my rental car on time and in perfect condition, but a full week later, I was surprised to find extra charges on my credit card with no explanation. I tried contacting customer service, but the response was slow and unhelpful. No clear reason was given for the charge, and no one seemed willing to take responsibility or provide a proper breakdown.
Waiting for 4 hrs to get the vehicle
Absolutely awful. Wasted 5 HOURS of my day at this location. The staff is slow, disorganized, and completely unprofessional. No one seems to know what they’re doing, and the process is a disaster from start to finish. Uber and Hertz should both be ashamed of this partnership. This place is a joke.
