Rented a cargo van April 20,2025 for July 21,2025 for a week to go roundtrip too Nashville. Confirmed the Friday before, received a text on the Sunday before, then on Monday 2.5 hours before I was to pick up the cargo van, I received a call saying they do not have any vans on their lot. I was talking to the branch manager and she did nothing. She did not even care. The cars are never freshly cleaned after each use. I rented 2 cars after my accident with my own car, the first one smelled like cigarettes (not their fault). The second one was super nice but dirty.
