Credit card was charged a total of 4 times, promised to return $720 but haven’t received it.
I have never been spoken to rudely. I called to confirm a reservation I made through a third party. It was for same day and I know how things can happen so I wanted to confirm they would have a car. As expected, they didn't, which was fine HOWEVER the lady was so rude and just jumped in and started yelling about how can i give you a car when they are promised to someone else. I was not even going there with the conversation, I just needed to know how to get my money back. THEY NEED TO GO TO TRAINING- DO NOT USE!
Beware of renting from here! I put in a reservation for a Van on 1/17/26 for 3/7/26. They left me a voicemail 30 minutes before my pick up time to tell me “my reservation was not available and I should try the airport”. Offered no solution, no compensation, no nothing. When I called them they basically said reservation doesn’t mean anything and that they do not hold cars for reservation it basically first come first served.
