recently rented from Hertz because the location was close to my home, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. I understand that rental car availability can be limited, but the condition of the vehicle I was given was unacceptable. A manager named Amy brought a car to the front and mentioned it “needed cleaning,” but didn’t seem concerned about it. I booked a full size car and prepaid online. When I get there the lady told me she didn’t have a full size car but have had something much more expensive and told me I had to pay the difference, in which I didn’t. She also said she had to clean the car and that took another 20 mins and this is what I got.
