Be sure to take a photo of the fuel gauge and probably a good video of before and after just in case. This specific location wouldn't ever answer their phone and tried to charge me an additional $96 on a day rental. Maybe they really only cater towards hotel guests and are a pain outside of that business..

The Best place to rent cars ,they are clean, fast customer service, No waiting in lines for hours ,walk in ,réservation all we do it here in Apopka hertz Rental.
Poor customer service. Hours of operation is ridiculous on the weekend. Provided my parents with the wrong information having them travel to the location 3 separate times. Refused to assist them, just placed a sign up saying they are closed.
