Great service and cars are clean enough
Booked a full size hybrid but was given a Kia K4 at time of pickup. Queried if it was a hybrid but didn’t really get any response. The car is not suitable for a family and Kia even categorize it as small car. Contacted Hertz but never heard back.
Totally bloody disgusting, car wasn't ready and i have a disability no seats anywhere, will not recommend at all, staff were very rude and didn't care.
