The experience renting the particular vehicle was very good indeed. It was a KIA Stonic. One thing that was not great is that there were no valve caps on the tyre valves. Valve caps would not get stolen I can assure anyone! The techs looking after the vehicles need to up the quality and fit them. The valve caps keep road grime and others material out of the valve itself. No caps can easily cause a failure that can lead to a flat tyre. Quite a bad experience all up. An hours wait in a massive cue. Very understaffed for school holidays. Female staff member was nice but other staff were quite rude to customers. Went to get the car and there was a dent in the bonnet, so I took a photo of the car damage just in case. Had to do a key drop on the way back to NZ as wait was too long. When we got home, no communication from them but a charge that was put onto our card late. Not using them again thats for sure!

A bit dissapointed with my last rental experience at Hertz Brisbane Airport. Somehow my details had been mixed up with someone else and needed to be corrected. The overall fee was $900 for just three days rental! The nail in the coffin was I requested a Mazda CX5 as I know these. This or say a RAV4 would have been fine. I actually got a Nissan Xtraill which I thought should be OK but the drivers seat wouldn't move back enough for me making it uncomfortable to drive! There was no wireless Android Auto. 1. Staff was not welcoming 2 I don’t trust they will reserve and deliver car as booked. Their staff when asked about details of rental they said reservation confirmation doesn’t mean car will be arranged. Think of planning for holidays in advance and hertz on the day of trip says car is not available, the loss is for customer and not hertz. 3.
