Helpful staff and great service in both Mitchell and the Queanbeyan offices. Hired a mini bus for seven days and a 3 ton truck for a day. Both were clean, and performed well.
It took them 7 business days (11 days including the weekends) to return the deposit. I had to send 2 emails and visited the site before they processed it. First time to experienced such inconvenience.
The gentleman who assisted me booking my minibus on 6th March 2026 around 1400hrs, he is exception with customer service 👍👍👍
