Absolute joke of a company, I called and booked in a rental car 3 months in advance. When on the phone I told them my age as im 20 years old (and am aware some companies don't borrow to under 21) I even confirmed this by giving and confirming my date of birth with them, they said this was fine and it would just cost a bit extra to which I agreed. Muhammad was great - hunted down a car for me after they had some issues getting the keys. Managed to sort it all out and was very helpful - great customer service from him and apologised for the delay whilst they looked.
From arrival till departure 8 days later my Hertz hire car was just a great reliable car! I paid for my tank if fuel so as I would not have to try to fill up on my way to the airport and had made sure I was not late for my flight check-in when it was time to return my car. I like Hertz so much that I am a Gold Card member but as I am also cheap I prebook and pay before arrival which does save me some money! Long queues, staff clearly bored and very slow, express/priority desk the only desk open, hertz, please review your processes
THE WORST & RUDEST EVER. Even 1 start is much, I had to call 21 times so someone want to help me out, and they just hang up on me at the end… Not to mention to the male employee was rude, not even tried to help, and mentioning no one can help with exchanging a car, and I have to wait for 2 days so I can call the head office for the car that I paid for 2 months rental
