Wir haben über eine Buchungspalttform ein Auto gebucht, die Niederlassung von Hertz wurde ausgewählt. Ein sehr netter Empfang von einem jungen Mann, schnelle Abwicklung der Formalitäten. Auto entsprach der Buchung und war in top Zustand. Rückgabe erfolgte unkompliziert mit Schlüssel Drop Box. 3 Tage nach Rückgabe war die hinterlegte Kaution zurück erstattet
Horrible front end service agents. You can tell it’s a franchisee when they won’t even provide their address of the airport location, speak in poor tones of voice and had other staff members standing around staring at you when you have made a genuine error. If you need any tips on general basic customer service you should Google it and share the basics with your team. My experience at Hertz Welshpool was extremely disappointing and completely inconsistent with the standards I’ve experienced at other Hertz locations. The staff member I dealt with (middle-aged female, possibly named Milly) was rude and dismissive from the outset. While I understand that a physical bank card may be required at pickup, the way this was communicated was unacceptable.
