Terrible customer service who don’t read the multiple emails you send them. Had an issue at Hertz Rockhampton and they really do not care to even reply. I want to stress the front of house staff are great. If you have an option choose others
Hertz Gladstone Airport, Had the best experience with Alysha, they helped me on the spot after Avis completely let me down & treated me horribly. Alysha came through for me & had me out the door, keys in hand, within 10mins. So nice to know that exceptional customer service does still exist. So pleased in fact that I decided to extend my booking. Thank you Alysha.
Had to change my order to a cheaper vehicle, and I didn't get refunded the difference, and they also overcharged for excess km's. Will never hire from them again
Hopeless service by Hertz. Website didn't work and didnt recognise Qantas as an airline. Phone booking took ages and initally blamed my credit card wrongly. Booking took 90 minutes.
