Its been 3 days since i turned in my rental, and i have yet to evem have a charge show up. In addition they charged 146 dollars for 10.11 gallons of fuel and "service". I would rather walk than rent from here again.
This situation with Hertz has become absolutely ridiculous. My rental was through Caliber Collision and State Farm while my car was being repaired. My vehicle was completed and picked up on April 9th, and I returned the Hertz rental the SAME DAY at Caliber as instructed. Hertz later tried charging me for extra days because THEY did not pick up their own vehicle from the Caliber location until days later. Rented and paid 4 weeks in advance for a cross country trip and the day I was picking it up they told me they gave it away. Didnt even care I needed it with two kids and just dismissed me. In all honesty this Ford sucks the 3 times ive been there and their rental section does too. Will forever tell everyone to avoid this place. What a joke.
I am giving a 5 star review because of the staff at the Palm Coast location. I have only rented there 2 times this year and both times the Hertz representative went above and beyond to take care of me. Both times I received a nice, clean car within the size I booked. The only issue I had was the first time when I booked online the night before after their closing hours.
