Absolutely horrible business! Twice this year I booked thru Hertz website weeks in advance and both times they call just hours before pickup that they have no cars! Never again!
I picked the vehicle up In Palm Coast Florida, super easy.
Great place to rent, the staff there was very helpful with my reservation and even gave me a free upgrade. Even the car was clean to perfection. Would definitely rent again from this place.
Couldn't complete my rental because of a system error they couldn't figure out on their end. Waste of time, go somewhere else.
This was the only place i used my card and now its locked due to fraud (someone attempted many facebook purchases) I needed to buy groceries after my trip but now i cant and i have to wait for a new card in the mail! We rented a suv pick up at 11! We get there they dont have a suv for us so we have to come back at 3pm to pick up a suv that was just dropped off! This suv was dirty, not cleaned at all! No washer fluid or it didnt work! This was a horrible was to start the trip & delayed out trip!
