If you want to have your travel plans ruined, here's some advice. Plan ahead, book a car with Hertz two weeks prior to your trip, and receive an SMS from Hertz about your upcoming booking that gets you excited for the journey ahead. Then, a day before the trip, receive a call from Hertz, and a representative informs you that they don't have a minivan available for you. Done! Your plans are ruined! Matt at the palm coast ford location is the WORST representative they can have talking to customers. Didn’t have a vehicle for my reservation made 8 days prior. Even registered online the morning to confirm. Got there and was told the don’t call to tell you they don’t have cars EVEN with a scheduled reservation. Matt hung up on us that evening when trying to find out when a vehicle would be available. And then hung up on twice the next day trying to schedule again. Manager was rude and obnoxious when I picked up our car. He lectured me on returning the car with no sand or hair in the vehicle. Well, this is Florida and my hair is passed my butt!?! Hello enterprise.
