Brandon in Salisbury is terrific. He is an all star customer service person. Always available, personable, and helpful. It’s so refreshing to have new leadership at that location.

As a consumer, I was literally left speechless with the customer service I received from Brendon. He didn't just go the extra mile, he went a marathon. Due to a medical complication, we needed a car with a 3rd row on Labor Day weekend, THAT DAY. He delivered a car that not only had adequate space, but also at a price well below the other car rental companies I contacted. He was attentive, patient, and punctual. Goods and services met expectations, more or less. Hertz has made the process of renting a car pleasurable. The particular situation I had was complex, difficult, and hard. I am insured by Plymouth Rock Assurance; the car I had was totaled by a driver insured by Geico. Since I didn't have rental, I had to make a claim for rental coverage. Geico made life quite painful, but Hertz was there each step to ensure I was taken care of and treated with respect. I know there job is to rent cars, but this experience was awesome. It was made very easy and there was no stress. Rich was top notch!
