The staff is full of great and experienced personnel, however their workload well exceeds help. The staff themselves are very kind and helpful , over the last 2 years every time I've gone there and dealt with them, they were great but always seemed very busy and overwhelmed by the amount of work they have to do with the amount of employees they have. I'm about to call them for 4 days to discuss the additional charges, no one answers the call.
Started Uber/Hertz program with a Tesla. DON’T DO IT!!! You will end up paying $500+ dollars a week for the rental and charging fees. Not to include the fact that the Tesla broke down and had to be towed and they still charged me for that day. Was switched to a Mitsubishi Outlander Uber XL, this car was surprisingly nice on the inside and looked good but next thing you know there is a outstanding recall on the vehicle they were letting me drive people around in. Horrible customer service, card aren't clean inside or outside. They try to force you into rentals that you don't like nor can fit comfortably in. I was 7 months pregnant and needed a midsize SUV and was told that I had to take the Nissan because that's all they had and airport didn't have anything that could be sent over. My credit card was charged an hr before I got to the location and employee was mad that I put up a fight about it
