I’ve made several reservations there and they called me the day before and said they don’t have any cars available and they even have called me two hours before I was supposed to be there and told me they don’t have any cars. It reminds me of the episode from Seinfeld, where he explained to the lady that taking the reservation is the most important part,it’s holding a reservation.

Very friendly staff at this consolidated Uber-Hertz partnership location, just before S Lakewood Dr, in Brandon Fl, outside Tampa. They always go above and beyond and are very helpful and straight forward in person, especially the NEW former Largo location crew. Can be hit or miss when trying to reach this location by phone though, especially at busy hours, and sometimes the line just doesn't connect at all, but works upon second attempts I've noticed a few minuets later.
