I went there to get a car exchange, because of mechanical issues in the car I rented in Vancouver. The people in the front desk were very rude since the beginning, asking me to go get the tank filled in order to get another car and then when I came back with full tank, they said they didn't have any cars left and send me to the airport with a very rude tone. Everything about this location is horrible. To the point where he said get your car from a different location… car was dirty and dangerous tire thread. This location is a little cheaper but it comes with consequences

The car allotted to me was not cleaned. I asked them to clean showing specific areas to clean. It came after cleaning in the same condition! They cleaned again but not as it should be! After I took over the car, I noticed both the remotes not working and the USB ports were not working. This means the car was not at all checked before allotment! Good part was that the agent at the dest took me to airport location and handed me another car which was up to the satisfaction. The entire process consumed my two hours.

this is after i rented for 4 weeks from them. forgot my versace sunglasses in the car. returned the car in evening on friday and they were closed in a bit when I remembered my sunglasses. couldnt reach them as they were closed for the weekend. when I finally reached them on monday they just kept on asking me to call back and then said car is out as somebody rented it and today sunglasses just disappeared into thin air. they either didn’t clean the car properly for the next customer or somebody from the crew took it. they cou... read more
