Avoid this place! It’s a total scam My boyfriend and I booked a specific car model weeks in advance for our 2-day trip to Kelowna. But when we arrived, the man at the counter told us he would “upgrade” us and gave us a truck instead. I would like to share my positive experience with this car rental company last month. Special thanks to Sahaj and Abhilash – they were extremely helpful, kind, and attentive. We really enjoyed our rental experience, and the staff made everything smooth and easy, helping us with all our questions. Highly recommend!
Gouging - when our business visitors and I went in to sign me up as an additional driver, we provided our AAA cards so as not to pay the fee. The agent refused, and to add insult to injury, charged for all days, not just the days I was going to drive. I cannot recommend renting from Hertz.
