Had a fantastic experience with Hertz, Kelowna. The staff were absolutely amazing friendly, helpful, and made the whole process quick and easy. The car I received was clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. Everything went smoothly from pickup to drop-off. I’ll definitely be renting from Hertz again. Highly recommended!
This has been the easiest and best experience with a car rental company. Because of my plane's late arrival (12:30am) due weather, Hertz stayed open that extra 30min. The person working was kind and understanding and the checkin was quick.
