I paid two weeks ahead of time. I wanted and needed a van. I arrive and let them know I’m here for the van. I’m told ‘we were meaning to call you we don’t have a van.’ . They simply don’t care. When I expressed my frustrations it was explained to me by the employee I was speaking with that they weren’t going to go round and round with me. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. We reserved a car and paid for it online and when we showed up to they had rented out all their cars for the day, they lady inside the location was unwilling to help us find a car and she was rude. She had a tattoo in her neck to identify her.
They will take your money even if they don't have the vehicle you requested online. Huge scam.
This company has terrible service, would never use them again. Rude and unhelpful.
