I had an unpleasant experience at this location. Although my frustration is directed at the AAA travel department, the manager's dismissive attitude while covering for their colleague didn't help. I am already $800 in the hole, and because the system wasn't updated and AAA didn't provide information, I'm even further in the hole. I was able to book with Enterprise within 20 minutes.
TURN AND RUN!!!! Context - I'm a Hertz Gold+ member and have rented from Hertz for over a decade and can say without a doubt this is my WORST Hertz experience - the attendants here will verbally assault you and gaslight you for their mistakes. Reserved a midsize car and arrived within two hours to pick it up, only to be told that the car was no longer available. I was then offered a larger vehicle at a 50% higher price, with no reasonable alternative. The way this was handled was extremely disappointing. I was essentially told to either pay the higher price or leave, and the attitude was incredibly rude and dismissive. Reserved an EV and out came the absolute worst rental car I've ever seen. Scratches everywhere, dirty on the inside and extremely old car (1st gen Tesla model 3). Customer service overall was not great. Staff seemed annoyed and offended that I asked for a different car. He didn't even have enough decently to bring the car up to the front. He had me walk to the back of the building's parking lot (caring 4 bags) to get the car myself. Find another place to rent a car from.
