This review is for the driver, Karen, who went above and beyond to make sure we had a car when we arrived in the middle of a major storm and the car we were given, the last car on the lot, broke before we drove off the lot. It was not her responsibility, but she made it her mission to ensure we were not abandoned, called around and found us a car at another Hertz that she then drove us to. i used a debit card to book the car rental and at no point was informed there would be any future issues picking up the car paying with a debit card. i don’t have a credit card, and was told only at pick up that they couldn’t rent to me bc they needed a credit card. i had just sold my car so had to wait at the location site for 3 hours to have someone who has a credit card get me to rent a car so i can move. the lobby of the location does not have working AC either; and they workers were unapologetic and unhelpful

Service was astounding. Reps were courteous and efficient. Both in renting and returning the vehicle the process was completely painless. They ensured I was completely satisfied.

This was a few weeks ago now, but I had to return a rental car last second to this location on a time crunch. While in many locations the staff might have (justifiably) said that there wasn't much that could be done, Hafsa and Dylan both went out of their ways to ensure I was able to reach my body shop in time before closing! I'm quite thankful for them, and I'll definitely return to the location should I need another rental. SHOUTOUT TO DYLAN who was the best rep we could ask for. He upgraded us because we were early to pick up our car and was one of the nicest most respectful agents we've ever dealt with. Gave us all the information on the car, gave us all the feedback on which car is best for our trip and was incredibly honest and kind the entire time. We need more workers like this who actually care for their jobs and want to help people feel comfortable in renting a car. Thanks for everything man! We really appreciated it.
