Very rude manager,he dismissed me and asked me to leave because I couldn't get a code
We had a car rental booked for 9 am, got a voicemail at 7:30 am saying the car we booked was unavailable and to call back but since the location doesn’t open until 9, the automated system didn’t connect to anyone. Then I called Hertz toll free number and the service was even more disappointing and said all they can do is cancel the reservation and when I asked for any other available cars I was put on hold saying “stay on the line if u want to”. I was there Friday to pick up a car that my insurance reserved for me and the guy at the front desk had a really bad attitude. I woke recommend this place to anyone.
Usually I have had subpar experiences picking up rentals, but this location has been exceeding expectations consistently. Dylan Ernst has made sure to go above and beyond each and every time I’ve stopped by. Extremely grateful for his service and attention to detail in giving me the best experience possible
