Hertz Pearson Airport Review Hertz at Pearson International Airport provided excellent service. Hassan was thorough, professional, and made the process smooth and straightforward. The drop-off service was quick, pleasant, and professional as well. Overall, a great experience and I would happily rent from Hertz again.
I’ve been trying to reach this location for over three days about a reservation. We have a family emergency and we’ve been trying to get through a rental pick up was supposed to be for today but we’ve called all lines over 50 times and haven’t heard a single thing.
If I have zero stars, I want to be able to select zero and rate their customer service. The front desk service was terrible. The attitude was poor, and they showed no willingness to resolve my issue.

Shady Business Practices Upon Pickup I rented a car from Hertz at Pearson Airport, I had reserved online and prepaid 75% to lock in a lower price. Before pick up, I reviewed my credit card insurance which states that must decline all waivers and insurance through the rental agency or their insurance is null and void.
