Very disappointing experience with Hertz. Hertz attempted to hold me responsible for damage that was already present before I even drove the vehicle. Fortunately, I took timestamped photos during my inspection before driving the car, and the photos clearly show the same damage. This is also not the first time I have received a damage claim from Hertz for damage I did not cause, which makes the experience even more frustrating. It was the worst experience of car rental at YYZ Hertz, and I recommend not using this company. We originally booked tesla model 3 and paid about $150, but at the location, we were provided compact car and that wasn't even electric. On the web site the car that provided us, was listed about $60. The staff just told us the car we originally booked isn't available which is not making sense, and their service was terrible.
