Take photos of everything, even things that look invisible! First, the good things about my rental (which don't outweigh the bad ones). Everyone was courteous (including the people at the London/York st location who gave the bad news). I got the car at the airport quickly, and the rate was good. Greeting at gold desk was below average. The car was not reserved under my name with Hertz 1. tesla 3 offered had 180,000 km. The car looked, felt and smelled like a well used vehicle compared to the 3 year old tesla 3 that i own. on return i shared my concern with the car being less that what I would expect as a gold member and the response was the car had likely been used for Uber and that many customers have not been happy. Very long for pick up with only 2 persons on the queue, wrong size with a small vehicule instead of large SUV required. Afterwards, no invoice in the next four days and unable to contact client service.
