Je ne recommande pas ! Nous avons louer un vehicule via notre agence de voyage nous n’avions rien a payer sauf le retour du vehicule vu qu’on renter de montreal ! Et la découverte l’agent de Toronto nous a rajouter un pleins d'essence fait cher hertz alors que nous l’avion refusé ! Apres les avoir contacter nous n’avons eu ni remboursement étant donner que nous avons fait le pleins + payer un pleins en option REFUSER ! DES VOLEURS !! FUIEZ
Car rental generally ok but noone is picking up the phone in multiple days of trying and the chat online for customer support does not work so I can't reach out to resolve particular issue I have or ask a question for support.
I have been trying to contact this location for several days now to ask about after hours drop-off. The phone rings exactly 4 times, then disconnects. (Got the same phone number from both Google and the Hertz location directory, so pretty sure it's the correct one.) Horrified to think I should be trying to contact them with something urgent.
I am hertz gold member. Instead of upgrade they downgrade. Gold member doesn’t make any sense. Charging me more to upgrade.
