Very disappointing experience with Hertz. I prepaid for my reservation expecting that a vehicle would be available at the confirmed pickup location. On the day of pickup, the location called and told me they did not have a vehicle and that I would need to call another Hertz location myself. I asked the original location to help me find a vehicle or transfer the reservation, but they refused. These people pretend a reservation is not a reservation. Better call to make sure they actually have a car before you show up. On top of that when they don't have what hertz allowed you to reserve, they will tell you there is an upgrade fee. I think this is there business model. The price you get from hertz is not the price they want a car out the door at. They don't want your business.

I RENTING A CAR THROUGH URBER AT HERTZ, THEY HAVE IM LINE WITH URBER PROCEDURES, I WAS ABLE TO START URBERING AS SOON AS I PICKED UP THE CAR, I GOT A VERY NICE SUV, THEY EVE YAVE TESLA'S.
