I RENTING A CAR THROUGH URBER AT HERTZ, THEY HAVE IM LINE WITH URBER PROCEDURES, I WAS ABLE TO START URBERING AS SOON AS I PICKED UP THE CAR, I GOT A VERY NICE SUV, THEY EVE YAVE TESLA'S.

HORRIBLE experience. I was routed to them for a rental via my insurance. I made selections last night for a delivery option and that they would call me in 4 business hours - meaning today by 1pm. Not one call. I called them to get the details of my confirmed and booked services and they told me "Oh yea.. we have you down for a pickup at 3:30" so that was the first shocking thing to hear.
