The office was empty when we arrived. We waited 20 minutes watching people walk back and forth, some saying, “Have you seen the Hertz guys” when they noticed us, just to have someone else say “Nope”. Eventually a car pulled in and a guy wandered in, just to tell us we can’t add one driver for 2 days to our rental without paying for our full booking (5 days, over $85). No helpful explanation provided, just the same sentence repeated three times.
Scam! They didn't return deposit.
I definitely will come back whenever I need a car, everything was fast, cheap and they have a really good cars, however, one of the workers there,Sanchit, was very helpful, friendly and professional.
