Many people waiting in line and only one staff person. Took almost 40min to get the car.
Hired a car and they held the deposit and the amount for the rental. I returned the car, and they were meant to release the funds when they charged the invoice amount but now I have a pending amount still held by Hertz and the duplicate charge of the invoice amount. I am unable to access my funds and its a public holiday here so there's no one available to help yet they're still able to take new reservations?! Slechte ervaring met Hertz Australië, Sydney. Ik heb meermaals gebruik gemaakt van de service van Hertz (gold member), echter deze service was zeer onder maat. Na deze zeer onaangename ervaring NOOIT meer Hertz.
