This hertz location has always come through for us. We've rented vehicles multiple times with no issues. Definitely recommend this location.
Very horrible service on Hertz side. Had a flat tire, said it would be over $100 to have someone come out. Returned the truck, looked over the bill and was charged late fees for every time I had to extend it.... how is it late if I called and extended the rental? That was an extra $70. And now weeks after our rental was returned we are being charged over $250 for tolls, when I asked to add my pikepass at the beginning of the rental. Hertz is a joke.
Rented a car from this location took a $50 Uber to the location and was told they sent the car to the airport to accommodate a different renter and just cancelled my reservation for no reason. Now taking another $50 Uber back to OKC. Response to owners comments: How about if you know someone reserved a car you don't send the car to the airport?
