I had to deal with Hertz in corner brook for a rental From start to finish those 2 young ladies were a blast to deal with. I told them what I was looking for as a rental and got me on the road in no time at all in a 2024 Chrysler van with all the bells and whistles. In Jan. 2024 I booked a one day rental for Aug. 15 with Thrifty/Hertz in Corner Brook on Expedia. On Aug. 5, just 10 days before my rental, this office’s agent left me a voicemail telling me that they are canceling my reservation due to a lack of available vehicles. It’s hard to believe that it took them seven months to determine that my car wasn’t available. I am giving them 2 stars only because they made the effort to call me.
